We're fans of multilateralism and its institutions here (so much so that one of us did their grad studies in said topic). Anyway, here's an excellent article on the International Criminal Court, revisiting some old issues and looking at US credibility in the international system and progress since John Bolton's "all-out assault on the ICC."
