Blog Update

Friends of GSI. While the blog has been dark during the holiday break, fear not! It will be back in early 2009 to update our online community on GSI's new projects and groundbreaking research. Our director, Erik Peterson, notes:

Next year, in what will be a constrained financial and organizational environment, the Global Strategy Institute has three broad goals. The first is to bring to fruition with the New York Times Knowledge Network and AASCU an even wider network of academic institutions involved with Seven Revolutions. The second, with the leadership of Neville Isdell and Bill Frist, is to issue the major declaration on water and move our water work into the next phase. Third, we hope to advance two new initiatives: the "Class of 2025 Initiative" and a major look into how we can reinforce the strategic planning process in the U.S. government.
