CSIS Publication: Enhancing Stabilization and Reconstruction Operations

The Brzezinski Chair in Global Security and Geostrategy at CSIS recently released a new report that makes 14 recommendations for strengthening stabilization and reconstruction operations across a European-North American partnership.  The report draws on working group discussion between leading European and American experts under the framework of the CSIS program, “A Global Dialogue Between the European Union and the United States.”
