Finalists Selected for “Tapping Local Innovation” Competition

Following up on our previous post about Ashoka’s Changemakers.net water innovation initiative, nine finalists have been selected to vie for $1 million in grants provided by Coca Cola that can be used to implement their water and sanitation project submissions. These nine finalists, which include our friends at WaterPartners, were chosen from 265 entries from 54 countries. The public now has the chance to vote for three of the projects to be funded. Voting ends on May 11, and the winners will be announced on May 12.
