Humanitarian Response Index | 2008 Launch in New York

The Humanitarian Response Index (HRI) aims to improve the impact of humanitarian response to conflict by rating country response based on 5 pillars: responding to humanitarian needs; integrating relief and development; working with humanitarian partners; implementing international guiding principles; promoting learning and accountability.  The launch of the 2008 HRI will take place: November 19th at 10:30 am, Roosevelt Hotel, 45 East 45th St & Madison Ave, NY, NY 10017.
