Karin von Hippel Quoted in L.A. Times: Afghanistan Election Review will be Based on a Sample

Karin von Hippel was quoted in the L.A. Times today, after observing the Afghan elections earlier in August. Hippel favored the proposal of using statistical sampling as a time-effective measure to adjust for fraud during the election.
