A New PCR Project Member

The PCR Project welcomes new intern, Hamid Arsalan, to our team. Mr. Arsalan, an Afghan native, has experience working at the Afghanistan Association for Cultural and Civil Services – AACCS (as founding director), the Office of United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, and Medicines Du Monde – MDM.
