Pakistan Changes the Clocks, Confuses Region
Pakistan is trying out daylight savings time for the summer, changing from GMT+5 to GMT+6. In a region of the world uninterested in rounding up to whole numbers, one peculiar effect of the change is it puts Pakistan ahead of its eastern neighbor India by 30 minutes and even Nepal by 15 minutes.
