PCR Project Co-director Rick Barton is quoted in this Parade magazine article (Contributors: Lyric Wallwork Winik and Virginia Sole-Smith). The $10 billion dollar figure in the title comes directly from our report, "A Perilous Course." We are pleased our report brought to light, among other things, aid accountability. The article highlights Pakistan's expenditure of U.S. aid on weapons more suitable for defense against India than for counterterrorism.

Wow, Parade is really fairly lame but it's also omnipresent so kudos. That kind of reference might get through to more people than detailed write-up in a paper of record.
