Update: U.S. Foreign Assistance Reform | Now a Wiki

Since we have published our selected bibliography on U.S. Foreign Assistance Reform on October 9th, we have received several requests for additions and have decided to make the list into a public wiki online, which means anyone can contribute to the list in real time from anywhere in the world!  Similar to the way Wikipedia is used to share information and utilize public contributions to keep it up to date, the PCR Project foreign assistance reform wiki will enable everyone to access and contribute to the list, in order to reflect the evolution of the debate on U.S. foreign assistance reform.  We greatly appreciate your contributions and hope the list will help facilitate the sharing of ideas!
