U.S. Policy Towards Fragile States

There is a new publication out by Stewart Patrick that I encourage everyone to check out. The chapter is included in a new volume, The White House and the World: A Development Agenda for the Next U.S. President, edited by Nancy Birdsall and published by the Center for Global Development.
