  • Hosted by the Prevention Committee of the CSIS HIV/AIDS Task Force, this meeting on PEPFAR’s ABC Prevention Policy Guidance featured comments from Dr. Mark Dybul, Deputy U.S. Global Aids Coordinator. J. Stephen Morrison, Director of the CSIS Africa Program and Executive Director of the CSIS Task Force on HIV/AIDS provided welcoming remarks, and committee cochairs, Jennifer Kates, Vice President and Director of HIV Policy, Kaiser Family Foundation and Phillip Nieburg, Senior Associate, CSIS, moderated the session.
