The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) hosted the fourth in a series of Military Strategy Forum (MSF) events focusing on the Quadrennial Defense Review (QDR). The fourth event in the MSF QDR series was held on Thursday, May 21, 2009.  Our distinguished speaker, General Norton Schwartz, Chief of Staff of the U.S. Air Force, provied opening remarks on air power in a changing world and was followed by an expert panel discussion.
