"A Biological Threat Prevention Strategy": Report Roll-out

    The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) is pleased to invite you to the rollout event for its report “A Biological Threat Prevention Strategy.”

    The report, co-authored by Carol Kuntz, former Visiting Fellow, CSIS, Reynolds Salerno, Senior Manager, Sandia, and Eli Jacobs, Research Assistant, CSIS, advocates a reevaluation of U.S. biosecurity policy, with the goal of resolving the imbalance between the United States’ domestic and global initiatives.
    The event will entail a presentation by the authors, followed by commentary from Andy Weber, Assistant Secretary of Defense, and Tara O’Toole, Undersecretary of Science and Technology, DHS.
