Biological Threat Reduction (BTR) workshop

David Heyman and Gerald Epstein led a workshop on governance for biological threat reduction.  Non-governmental  organizations, local think-tanks, and the Indian government were represented at this workshop, attended by nearly forty participants.  The event was co-hosted by the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and the Institute of Peace and Conflict Studies (IPCS).
