    On June 6, 2006, the CSIS Energy Program hosted discussion on the Canadian oil sands with John McCarthy, Business Leader, Commodities Unit, Canadian National Energy Board.  He and his colleagues, Colette Craig and Bill Wall, discussed the newly released report:  Canada’s Oil Sands: Opportunities and Challenges to 2015.
