  • Join us for a discussion with Miriam Luisa Leiva Viamonte, a Cuban human rights activist and independent journalist. After a career in the Cuban government, Miriam began her work in journalism, focusing on the freedom of the press and political dissent in Cuba. She will discuss her views on recent changes in Cuba, the island's role in the Western Hemisphere, and the trajectory of U.S.-Cuba relations.
