On February 6, the CSIS Technology Forum was host to Mr. Mark Forman, Associate Director for Information Technology and Electronic Government at the Office of Management and Budget. In an extremely informative session, Mr. Forman described a number of ongoing projects designed to increase the use of information technology in government functions and services, and the philosophy behind these initiatives.
