Watch live on Friday, February 25, 2011, as Ambassador Robert Loftis, Acting Coordinator for Reconstruction and Stabilization, holds a conversation with Mark Quarterman, Senior Advisor and Director of the Program on Crisis, Conflict, and Cooperation at the Center for Strategic and International Studies on the State Department's innovative approach to leading through civilian power. They will discuss U.S. response to fragile states, which pose some of the greatest national security challenges of our time. The discussion will be moderated by Cheryl Benton, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State, Bureau of Public Affairs.
