    Dr. Ali al-Dabbagh, the Iraqi government’s official spokesman, spoke at CSIS on the “Future Operating Environment in Iraq.” He answered many of the looming questions about upcoming elections, possible changes to the federal system, sectarian violence, and the Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA). Dr. Anthony Cordesman moderated the event.
