The U.S. Agency for International Development Administrator, ANDREW NATSIOS, discussed his agency’s evolving strategy for dealing with fragile states around the globe. The USAID strategy to deal with fragile states has grown from the recurring challenges it has faced from the 1990s through the present in countries such as Sudan, Iraq, Afghanistan and Nepal. The event, hosted by the Global Strategy Institute, also featured an expert panel including LAEL BRAINARD, J. STEPHEN MORRISON and JAMES KUNDER.
