MARTIN WOLF, prize-winning journalist and associate editor and chief economics commentator at the Financial Times, spoke at a GSI Forum on his newly released book, Why Globalization Works. Mr. Wolf argued that although there are inherent risks to liberalizing economies and societies, globalization will continue to be a positive force as long as there also exist supportive and stable states.
