Harbingers: Iraq's Economic Development in Transition

And what of the impact of rising oil prices? Will they mean increased resources for the Iraqis to direct toward this effort? Ambassador Ries will outline key signs of economic progress over the past few months, and examine ways in which redirected international assistance can support the trend.
