    The CSIS Energy Program hosted a briefing with David Woodward, president of BP Azerbaijan, and Michael Townshend, vice president of BP Azerbaijan and CEO of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline project, where they discussed oil, gas, and pipeline projects in the Caspian Sea region.The discussion included a status update of the BTC project.
