  • On June 28, the CSIS Hills Program on Governance and the Global Financial Integrity program at the Center for International Policy hosted a conference titled "Illicit Financial Flows: The Missing Link in Development." This all-day event consisted of four panels that examined: Economic Conditions Hurting Development; What is Known About Illicit Financial Flows; Including Illicit Financial Flows in the Development Equation; The Push and Pull of Globalization; and Governance is a Two-Way Street.
