Amb. Hemant Krishan Singh - who heads the Wadhwani Chair's Delhi-based counterpart and formerly served as India's ambassador to Japan, Indonesia, and Colombia - will provide insight into what we can expect from the new government in charge in Delhi and what it means for the United States.
