Interim Report of the CSIS HIV/AIDS Mission to Vietnam

The CSIS Task Force on HIV/AIDS led an expert mission to Vietnam January 8-13, 2006 to study the HIV/AIDS situation and response in Vietnam. This Interim Report summarizes its findings and recommendations. The CSIS Task Force on HIV/AIDS is co-chaired by Senators Bill Frist (RTenn.) and Russell Feingold (D-Wis.) and is funded principally by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Senator John Kerry was an original co-chair of the Task Force at its commencement in 2001.
