Judicial Reform in China

Deputy Chief Justice Wan Exiang of China's Supreme People's Court presented a speech on "Judicial Reform in China" on Monday September 24, 2007 at CSIS.  Dr. John Hamre, President & CEO of CSIS, introduced Justice Wan. Professor James V. Feinerman, Co-Director of Asian Law, Policy Studies Director of Asian Law and Policy Studies and James M. Morita Professor of Asian Legal Studies at Georgetown University Law Center, provided his comments after Justice Wan's speech.
