    The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and the Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation hosted a discussion on the 2008 International AIDS Conference, held from August 3-8, 2008 in Mexico City, Mexico. It focused on the major policy, research, and operational developments from the conference, implications of the revised estimates of the U.S. HIV/AIDS epidemic, and the next steps in lifting the U.S. immigration and travel ban on HIV-infected individuals.
