Military Strategy Forum with General George W. Casey, Jr., Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army

The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) hosted the fifth in a series of Military Strategy Forum (MSF) events focusing on the Quadrennial Defense Review (QDR). The fifth event in the MSF QDR series was held on Thursday, May 28th. Our distinguished speaker, General George Casey, Jr., Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army, provided opening remarks on the Army in an era of persistent conflict and was followed by an expert panel discussion.
