A major milestone in combating chronic disease is taking place this week in Moscow—the first ever global ministerial conference on healthy lifestyles and non communicable diseases (NCDs). Please join CSIS on Wednesday, May 4, for a briefing on the outcomes of this conference and next steps in the lead up to the September UN High Level Meeting on Non Communicable Diseases.

Panelists will includetwo members of the U.S. delegation in Moscow: Rosie Henson, Senior Policy Advisor, Office of the Assistant Secretary of Health, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services; and Yolanda Richardson, Vice President, International Programs, Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids. J. Stephen Morrison, CSIS Senior Vice President and Director of the CSIS Global Health Policy Center, will moderate and offer commentary.
