Stephen Davis, canon emeritus at Coventry Cathedral and the author of a new report entitled, “An Opportunity for Peace in the Niger Delta,” presented his recommendations on moving forward a negotiated settlement. Moderated by J. Stephen Morrison, senior vice president, CSIS.
