Five pro-democracy leaders from Burma will provide their assessments of recent developments in Burma, where the largest demonstrations since 1988 were held in September and met with a brutal government crackdown.  The death toll is unknown and large numbers of monks and other activists remain detained.  The delegation will discuss calls for political change and how the situation can be helped move beyond the crisis toward peace and reconciliation in 2008.
