Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago Patrick Manning Visits CSIS

    040927_manning.jpgPrime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago Patrick Manning discussed his country's role in the region, the importance of its energy sector, and the its development strategy at a CSIS forum on Sept. 27. Prime Minister Manning noted that 1.6 billion cubic feet of liquefied natural gas exported daily to the United States covers some three quarters of U.S. annual demand. The event was hosted by Sidney Weintraub, CSIS Simon Chair in Political Economy.
