  • Friday, Jan 7, 2011
  • C3 recently hosted roundtable discussion of the inaugural Quadrennial Diplomacy and Development Review (QDDR), recently completed by the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). The discussion included remarks from Anne-Marie Slaughter, Director of Policy Planning at the Department of State, and Donald Steinberg, Deputy Administrator of USAID, and looked at the roles of both agencies in light of the United States' broader national security strategy.
