A Look into Colombia’s Intelligence Efforts against the FARC

Produced by Univision News Documentary Unit, Documentales Univision, Infiltrados is an intimate look at Colombia's intelligence gathering efforts against the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC). Founded by General Oscar Naranjo, General Director of the Colombian Police, the police intelligence directorate (DIPOL) provided vital information through undercover missions that ended the careers of senior FARC leaders Raúl Reyes and Mono Jojoy. The documentary focuses on the roles human intelligence and leadership played in Colombia's recent successes against the FARC.

CSIS Americas Program Director Stephen Johnson led a preview of this groundbreaking documentary. Following the screening,Juan Rendón, director, Documentales Univision and producer of the documentary, took questions from the audience.
