The Africa Program hosted a roundtable discussion on security issues in the Niger Delta. The event featured Stephen Davis formerly of Coventry International Center for Reconciliation, Phillip van Niekerk of the Good Governance Group, and Monica Enfield of PFC Energy. The event was moderated by the Africa Program's Jennifer Cooke and Stephen Morrison.
