Expanded U.S. University Engagement in Global Health

The CSIS Global Health Policy Center held a discussion with Dr. Michael H. Merson, Director of the Duke Global Health Institute, to discuss the unprecedented surge of attention and growth in global health programs on university campuses across the United States. Dr. Merson also discussed the Consortium of Universities for Global Health (CUGH) formed in 2008 to advance global health as an academic field of study.
