    CSIS hosted a Statesmen’s Forum with Laurent Gbagbo, president of Côte d’Ivoire, on the challenges and opportunities facing Côte d’Ivoire.

    President Gbagbo spoke in French with a continuous English translation. He took questions from the audience after his remarks.
