The CSIS Task Force on HIV/AIDS, with honorary co-chairs Senators Russell Feingold (D-WI) and Bill Frist (R-TN), hosted a conference on Capitol Hill titled "Sustaining U.S. Global Leadership on HIV/AIDS."
