On February 16, Jean-Luc Butel, Executive Vice President and Group President, International at Medtronic, will outline the essential private sector role in developing long-term solutions to NCDs, with a look toward the September summit.

In his roles at Medtronic, Jean-Luc oversees all International Medtronic business operations, providing strategic direction, and ensuring cross-functional synergies including integrated growth plans and alignment. Prior to joining Medtronic, Jean-Luc accumulated a wealth of experience during his years of services with U.S. multinational companies in both Asia and the United States. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from George Washington University and a master’s in International Business from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).
