Top of the Agenda Breakfast Series with Joel Bagnal

The Homeland Security Program was pleased to host Joel Bagnal, the Deputy Assistant to the President for Homeland Security.  Mr. Bagnal discussed a wide range of issues, including the new National Homeland Security Strategy, his priorities during the transition to a new administration, and the issue of management in the Homeland Security community.
