    passy2.jpgSolomon Passy, minister of foreign affairs for the Republic of Bulgaria, discussed his country's role in promoting democratic values in the region and outlined Bulgaria's contributions to the U.S.-led campaign against terrorism at a CSIS Statesmen's Forum on July 22. Passy also addressed the prospects for furthering political and security cooperation between the United States and Bulgaria now that Bulgaria has joined NATO.
