Please join PNSR's Vision Working Group and CSIS at the launching of a new book, which explores the role of foresight and visioning in government decision-making, and proposes a Center for Strategic Analysis and Assessment within the Executive Office of the President. Copies of the book entitled "Project on National Security Reform Vision Working Group Report and Scenarios" will be distributed at the event.
