Spectrum Management Roundtables featuring Ambassador Gail Schoettler, James Lewis. Ambassador Gail Schoettler spoke at the second meeting of the CSIS spectrum series on the topic of The World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC) - Fitting National Priorities in to a Global Agenda. Addressing an audience of over 40 representatives from government and industry, Ambassador Schoettler suggested that the US agenda for the conference should be in place much more quickly then it is now, and should involve more input from industry. Further, she emphasized the need to reach out to developing countries, which may be crucial in US negotiations during the conference.
