  • 2009 PONI Capstone Conference - Omaha, NE

    The 2009 PONI Capstone Conference will be held on December 15th at Offutt AFB in Omaha, NE. This event will concludes the 2009 conference series and will features a selection of the best presentations from the three preceding regional conferences in Annapolis, MD, San Diego, CA and London respectively. The conference agenda will be posted in early November.

  • 5th Meeting of the Exports Controls Experts Group (XCXG)

    This meeting will continue our efforts to explore national export control programs. We plan to focus on application of United Nations Security Council Resolution 1540 and other UNSC resolutions. In addition, we will also examine implementation of recommendations in CSCAP Memorandum #14, Guidelines for Managing Trade of Strategic Goods, which the group produced last year.
