Post-harvest loss (PHL) is an enormous nutritional, economic, and environmental concern around the world and especially in Sub-Saharan Africa. However, reducing PHL represents a unique opportunity to enhance global food security. There is consensus around many of the causes and actionable solutions that will benefit farmers, local suppliers, and consumers.
