Alice Blevins

Alice Blevins is vice president for Operations at CSIS, where she is responsible for managing the Center’s compensation and benefits programs; overseeing recruitment and workforce planning; managing employee relations; advising on organizational development; and ensuring overall compliance with local, state, and federal human resources and employment law. 

Prior to joining CSIS, Blevins worked at the American Institutes for Research where she served as human resources associate. In addition to her nonprofit work experience, she spent two years in the banking industry at Franklin National Bank. Blevins earned her MBA from American University, Kogod School of Business, and her undergraduate degree at AU’s School of International Service.
