To mark this year’s Global Entrepreneurship Week, the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), in partnership with the Kauffman Foundation, will host a conference on improving approaches to entrepreneurship and private-sector development in conflict and natural disaster-affected regions. The conference will highlight the ways in which the U.S. Government, development organizations, and the private sector are addressing this issue.

    Objective of the Conference:
Fostering economic growth through entrepreneurship and private-sector development must be an integral part of the United States’ post-conflict and post-disaster strategy.
