CSIS and partners hosted "Global Health and Food Security: Minnesota’s Role in Global Development" at the university of Minnesota.  This recording is of the opening remarks by Brian Atwood, Dean, Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs, University of Minnesota and former Administrator, USAID and the first panel discussion on "Global Health." This panel was moderated by  J. Stephen Morrison, Director, Global Health Policy Center and Senior Vice President, Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), and had the panelists Alex Palacios, Special Representative, Executive Office, GAVI Alliance; Dr. Michael Osterholm, University of Minnesota School of Public Health; Trevor Gunn, Senior Director of International Relations, Medtronic; and Patricia Kenefick Stinchfield, Director, Infectious Disease and Immunology, Infection Prevention and Control, and the Children’s Immunization Project, Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota.
